They defiantly stick to their motto of "if we don't have it, we will get it for you". Quality of all their products are very good (tools, building materials, paint). I have no problem paying a little extra money for something that I know will be sure to last for years. I would highly recommend this hardware store to anyone. I have never gone to a Home depot and I never will as long as Frank's is around.
